Electra Lake is owned and operated by PSCo (dba Xcel Energy). The Electra Sporting Club administers public recreation, and operates and maintains the public recreation facilities at Electra Lake. The Electra Sporting Club is a private club formed in 1910 to help preserve and enjoy the recreation found at Electra Lake.

After years of low water levels due to necessary dam repairs, the fish population at Electra Lake has been severely impacted. Electra Sporting Club is committed to rebuilding the fishery at Electra Lake and consequently are instituting procedures to insure the health and growth of the Electra fish population. We are counting on all users to abide by these rules to assist in rebuilding this beautiful natural resource.
